Help and support

Support is only provided to those paid packages that entitle you to have support. Support is provided either by email or by GitLab issue. Additionally, we provide support via a chat space of Pumble (an alternative to Slack).

Please note that we do NOT provide support via phone or WhatsApp. Contacting us on our personal phones is NOT resulting in faster response times, but actually delays things.

  • Monday - Friday
  • 09:00 - 16:30 (Amsterdam time, CET)

We respond within 48 hours. We release new versions often, so we aim for quick fixes as well.
