Our LokiCheckout is compatible and tested with Magento 2.4.5. However, you should beware of bugs in Magento 2.4.5 that have never made it into a patch release. Magento 2.4.5 stated itself it was compatible with PHP 8.1 and its features. These features include the mixed keyword and union types. Unfortunately, there are compilation issues in Magento 2.4.5 that give errors anyway, proofing that the Magento 2.4.5 has issues. These issues are fixed in official quality patches, but not every project is using these patches. To overcome this, we have released both composer patches of the official quality patches, and composer patches per module.

Note that earlier alpha versions of the Loki Checkout referred to Magewire as one of the key technologies of the Loki Checkout. This was dropped for reasons (Nov 2024) and replaced with a custom Alpine.js integration, making it more flexible, more performant and easier to maintain. Thanks to this decision, the Loki extensions (including the Loki Checkout) work under Luma and Breeze without issues.
